Nano (or lack thereof) whining

I have gotten no writing done this month. None. Zilch, zippo, nada. Very very annoying. I think committing to Nanowrimo sends this emergency SOS to my brain that says "Dear god! Scramble! Find everything else to do but be productive!".

It makes me teh sad. Although partly I blame the "novel" idea that came to me, that I really want to write, but keep getting tripped up on the tiny details of knowing my villain's motivation... or who my freaking villain is in the first place. Argh!

I was going to hold off posting another one of my one-shots. It has actually been edited and everything, but I was holding off because for some reason posting things seems to shut off the muses, and I wanted to actually write something this month... but that doesn't appear to be happening anyway, so I guess I could. Oh, debate, debate, debate. I have another idea that I might try out tonight, that again will keep me from writing, but it might result in a way to make web comics of whatever fandom I so choose... but it involves a little privateering of the software nature.

Hrm... *off to ponder*
