You may have noticed a certain... lack of posting from me as of late. Well, there's a reason for that.

I absolutely refuse to try and guess the ending word count (okay... hopefully under 70K... dang it, how does it keep growing?) The good news is I'm finally at the point where I do see a light at the end of the tunnel. Almost all the ducks are in a row, and it's just about time to start knocking them down for a hopefully big finale. Heck, it could even have a (tentative) title, meaning I might avoid that lengthy, soul draining angst fest at the end of the project.

This does assume I reach the end of the project and don't fall prey to the stress/angst trying to consume me in my professional life (which is my other reason for being quiet. I don't like to unload about those kinds of things).

The good news: I finally have my hotel stuff ironed out for Comic Con! Woohoo! Anyone on my f-list heading to sunny San Diego at the end of the month?

Oh yay, that's fantastic! I had a bit of a happy dance at the comm last night, and I'm now officially done with Part Two and onto Part Three. I have a suspicion that my word count might fall a bit short, but padding, I can do :)

bahahaha. 40,000 words sounds so POSSIBLE! Why don't they mention that the story doesn't tend to stop there? *g*
