I haven't been to the zoo since my girls were in grade school(now 25 & 22), now I have an incentive to go...very cute.

You can really see how the pandas are related to raccoons in this little guy. SO CUTE. If these were running around instead of raccoons there would be more of an urban population issue, methinkee!

It's always insufferably hot there. But, yeah, I thought that they had one a while back. Maybe it was on loan or was transferred to another zoo?

Awww! I went to a sleepover at the zoo recently for a friend's birthday, and they let us look around at night. The red pandas are so much more active then; it was fantastic. They were running and playing and chasing, just being adorable really.

I think if I saw one in real life I'd probably expire from the concentrated cuteness. I was poking around on YouTube, and I couldn't find a single clip that didn't make me go "Awww" even just a little bit.
