The iceberg shall be whumped then, in some strange, weird, and beautiful way! The usual suspects... will likely be whumped as well. Because, sadly, I am addicted as well.

*is now intrigued*

Sounds like 'fun' lies ahead for our intrepid explorers...

...and the iceberg! *g*

I really shouldn't be allowed to read things like "The Worst Case Scenario", not only does it make me laugh, but it gives me ideas, and not all of them good.

Poor iceberg.

I mean boys. Poor boys.

Hmm, now is that NotTasha's story, Worst Case Scenario? Or a book?

Whatever, good thing you're reading it if it's giving you ideas!! *g*

Sadly, I still have not been able to read NT's "Worst Case Scenario", although I'm sure it's top notch like her other stuff. (Mental note: put on Kindle), but I believe it's based on similar source material. The Worst Case Scenario Survival Handbook (http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Worst-Case-Scenario-Survival-Handbook/dp/0811861368/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1218561108&sr=8-1), which has many outlandish scenarios, as well as tips to survive them (sometimes which contradict each other).

There was an entry entitled "How to Survive if You Are Standed on an Iceberg", which included a warnings on avoiding getting beaten up by small penguins. How could I resist?

Of course, I know nothing about survival, so erm, there's quite a bit of research that's going to be involved. (*sad*) I've got about 1400 words right now, and somehow I still haven't started building snow caves or constructing harpoons for failed fishing attempts.

Looks like an interesting book - useful and also humorous in places!! I like the 'avoiding getting beaten up by small penguins' bit!!

Sounds like a fun story is on its way!

I think what cracked me up most about the iceberg section was the bit where it said something like "As a last resort, consider killing a seal", and then goes to list three or four more steps that involve you having killed the hypothetical seal.

Sounds like a fun story is on its way!

Hehe... we'll see how it turns out. Hopefully the momentum will last so I can finish this sucker quickly :D
