Yes! I asked the questions you asked about HOW, but seriously, I don't want to know, because the more they explain, the more I'll nitpick. I'll take my clone Carson and be happy with him. (Gimme my clone, now! I want him out of stasis and healthy, stat!)

If you've read my entry, Greyias, you'll notice the little victory dance I can't help doing that I was happy my s3 stories are about the "real" Carson--but honestly, it would have worked the other way 'round too. I'm happy to have any Carson, and I was quite prepared to write a (probably lengthy) justification of why my stories "Haar" (which follows directly on "Misbegotten" and deals with Carson's traumas in the preceding episodes) and "The Unrelenting Past" still worked even for a clone Carson. But now I don't have to! Yay!

And hey! Maybe we didn't get the whole thing right, but we said there was a stasis pod involved! We rock! BH looked at me when I said that last night and said, "After the fact!" I said, "But we said stasis, and there's stasis! I don't care when! We got that bit right!"

I'm counting this as a win. It probably helps that I had already thought of a dozen ways they could screw up the episode royally, and they didn't do any of them.

Oh, my poor, suffering Rodney! I hope we get Carson out real soon now!
