Ow, my retinas!
There are reasons to dislike Valentine's day other than the whole "Single's Awareness Day" aspect. (Actually that doesn't bother me at all this year. Strange.)
Behold! (But put on a pair of sunglasses before clicking the on the cut):

Geez, Google, what did my eyes ever do to you?
However I have to say that broken hearts instead of the dull stars amuseth me greatly.

However, I do love the new icon! LOL! Another good one!

I'm on an icon rampage! I've actually got two more that I made Monday, but am waiting until Friday night to use them since they're from "Midway". Not really spoilery, but I figured I wouldn't rub it in too much ;)

Not fair, not fair, not fair!!! *stomps feet* Wish iTunes would let me download! *mutters darkly*
Though I'm glad that it hasn't turned up yet on any of the online sites I use - glad for the TV ratings and more SGA, that is, not so much for me and my curiosity..!

And I know it's greedy (seeing as how I've seen it already... but I paid for it!), but I'm glad as well. SGA needs its ratings. As for your curiosity... oh, no I won't tease you. It's been so hard this week to not say anything one way or the other. I so wouldn't do well with a security clearance.

My Gmail hasn't been working quite right since last night. I drafted an e-mail, sent it--and now I have a phantom draft in my Drafts box. If I click on Drafts, I can see the subject line but not the recipients. If I click on it, it says "No subject" and nothing else. I can't delete it. I've logged out and logged back in with no luck. I've also had trouble getting Gmail to refresh.
Clearly, the people at Google are a wee bit too busy playing around for V-Day. But I do like their main page.

I guess the engineers decided you don't need to communicate with the outside world. That, or they clearly took issue with said e-mail. Maybe you should save a draft of an apology, and it'll be restored? ;)

Well, at the very least you didn't have to spend three twelve hour days cooking and baking. I swear, if I see one more pink cake I'm going to run around screaming. Nice, white, padded rooms anyone?
Pink hearts, pink flowers, pink ballons . . . *rips head off pink suffed bunnies* I'm okay, really.

At least the room is white though, right? Nice absence of color.
And why so many cakes, might I ask?

I thought it would summarize nicely my sentiments.
*At least the room is white though, right? Nice absence of color.*
Yeah, white! *starts bounding on the walls yelling* Wohoo! Wohoo! Wohoo! Wohoo! Wohoo! Wohoo! . . .
*And why so many cakes, might I ask?*
I'm majoring in culinary arts, so I decided to start my own business, this is my first year and first order that wasn't from my mom, lol! So I bake cookies, bake cakes, and so on, and cook. I made Lasagna for a dinner party and a four layered cake. Triple chocolate and coconut, I made a coconut cake for an office party, 36 people, another one for a friend triple chocolate, and another one, this one cherry. They are all my own recipes for the cakes and the frosting, not to mention the lasagna.
BTW, did you ever get the e-mail reply I sent you oh three weeks ago? Lol!

I'm guessing no, since I do not know of the e-mail reply you speak of. Perhaps you should resend it? Gmail's being ornery, someone sent me something yesterday and I still haven't seen it yet. *le sigh*
