Sadly, I still have not been able to read NT's "Worst Case Scenario", although I'm sure it's top notch like her other stuff. (Mental note: put on Kindle), but I believe it's based on similar source material. The Worst Case Scenario Survival Handbook (http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Worst-Case-Scenario-Survival-Handbook/dp/0811861368/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1218561108&sr=8-1), which has many outlandish scenarios, as well as tips to survive them (sometimes which contradict each other).
There was an entry entitled "How to Survive if You Are Standed on an Iceberg", which included a warnings on avoiding getting beaten up by small penguins. How could I resist?
Of course, I know nothing about survival, so erm, there's quite a bit of research that's going to be involved. (*sad*) I've got about 1400 words right now, and somehow I still haven't started building snow caves or constructing harpoons for failed fishing attempts.
