I just love the way they play off each other, even when one is a hologram. I wonder if Rodney's new math enabled him to program snark into the interface. Hee.

My first thought (and subsequent squee) was Rodney's utmost confidence that John could fix everything. Well, maybe not that simplistic, but that having John (and a tiny bit of knowledge of future events) could be the make or break for the galaxy's future. Poor guy, he lost his entire team within a matter of months.

Yeah, they were basically finished writing the season before they even knew if they were getting renewed, right? (Or had they already finished filming too?)
