It has been 10 years since Mag7, so Dale does look a bit older. His hair was cut short, much like it was in Love Comes Softly, and it had been grayed. He looked every inch the retired football hero who has gone slighty to seed. His voice is still that lovely liquid velvet, and in a shot of his body in an MRI chamber you could clearly see his wonderful shoulders.
However, his part was sooo small. A short phone conversation, then knife to the neck. He had several scenes of playing a dead body (very hard for me to watch) and a couple of short flashbacks.
As usual, he was better than the material. Won't someone please give this man work equal to his looks, talent, and soul!!
